  • Permanent self-exclusion: If you choose this option, your access to our services will be blocked indefinitely. This action is irreversible.
  • Limited timeout: Select a specific period for exclusion and click Timeout.

The option you select will take effect immediately. If you continue to have access to the Royal Games platform, you are obliged to inform us immediately by email.

During the exclusion period, access to the platform will be blocked. For history or account information, please contact customer service.

Once the limited timeout expires, access to the platform will be restored.

Our marketing materials will be stopped upon self-exclusion. We also recommend that you seek exclusion from other gaming platforms and adjust your social media settings accordingly.

We reserve the right to initiate a permanent exception or a limited timeout depending on the indications of potential gaming issues.

Stop Playing or Closing Your Account

You have the option to close your account. To do so, please send a written request via email to the customer service team at .

We reserve the right to refuse or close a Customer Account at our sole discretion, without prejudice to any prior contractual obligations.

Self-exclusion for non-registered persons

Even if you do not have a customer account, you can voluntarily exclude yourself from the Royal Games platform. Send an email to with your details to block registration and play in the future. This exception can be revoked 7 days after the written request.

  • Do you miss social events for gaming?
  • Has gaming affected your personal relationships?
  • Do you experience strong emotions while playing?
